  • Because department workflow was not administered and synchronized, any predefined decisions yielded inaccurate outcomes.
  • The procedure wasn't streamlined, the divisions were unmanageable, and it was disorganized.
  • They needed to shorten the workflow so that they could effortlessly oversee and control it.
