About Project
To manage contributions, pensions and end-of-service benefits for nationals working in or retired from the government and private sectors of a nation and their beneficiaries. The client collects pension contributions from eligible employed nationals and their employers, as well as annual contributions from the government & manage the resulting financial assets through careful, wise and long-term investment strategies, to ensure that all due pensions and benefits are delivered to eligible customers when they become entitled to receive them.
The project was to pay pensions and end-of-service benefits to eligible contributors when these payments are due & monitor the annual status of the pensioners and beneficiaries through the Annual Declaration process, to ensure that they continue to receive their payments and to protect the interests of all the Fund’s stakeholders.
This Platform assisted and advised the government on strategies and policies for social insurance and retirement provision to help ensure that the fund fulfils its mandate and the government achieves its objectives.
Challenges
- Initially, the client had two mobile platforms: Android native and iOS, which were difficult to sync and oversee.
- UI was tedious and monotonous as per the modernistic standards.
- With the 2010-11 version, the design seemed outdated and did not meet the most recent specifications.
- As the development was in 2010, the security standards were vulnerable & rigid.

- Extended the backend & built the API in a way that users may use it from their mobile devices.
- Strategically proposed Flutter technology s it was in its infancy phase client & was the best cross-platform.
- Transformed the workflow with automated testing, developer tooling, and everything else needed to build production-quality apps.
- Not only helped the client to transform the user experience of the entire mobile app but also created the most dynamic and easy-to-manage mobile application infrastructure by the use of an efficient middleware layer.
- The support was promising as not only it reached multiple users from a single codebase but also supported by Google & was open to everyone.
